These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and our commitments when you use AeroInbox. Last updated: December 15, 2025.
We provide the platform; you are responsible for how you and your team use it.
We operate with safeguards and expect you to keep accounts and data secure.
Subscriptions and usage are billed as published; we will notify you of price changes.
By creating an account or using AeroInbox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AeroInbox on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your workspace and for ensuring your users comply with these terms.
You may use AeroInbox only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our acceptable use expectations: no spam, abuse, malware, or attempts to disrupt or circumvent security.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant AeroInbox a limited license to host, process, and transmit it to provide the services.
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices after reasonable notice.
We may update features, impose limits, or discontinue functionality with prior notice when practical. If a change materially reduces functionality, you may terminate before the change takes effect.
AeroInbox is provided on an 'as is' basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent allowed by law, AeroInbox and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using AeroInbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal compliance, or risk to the service. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary billing country, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in that venue.
